Parker Woodworks

Parker Woodworks started out in June 1988 as a part time hobby. while George Parker worked as an apprentice with a master craftsman from France. The scope of his training included building fine cabinetry, millwork and furniture, all shop finished,  delivered and installed on site in a high rise condominium hotel in Tampa, Florida. This job also took him to Puerto Rico, where his finishing experience was put to use in one of the finest homes in San Juan. His main job as an apprentice was overseeing and completed all of the finishing work on mostly fine mahogany and cherry woodwork. His experience led to an interest in building and finishing fine furniture, which led to his present day work of building, restoring and refinishing fine furniture and antiques. It is his past experience that gives him the passion of keeping  treasured pieces from going to ruin and to bring back to life your families most treasured heirloom furniture.
